MyOffice24x7 Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) allows legally recognised documents and records used in various business transactions to be created, transmitted, stored and accessed. For each electronic record, MyOffice24x7 ERMS provides full lifecycle management from "birth" to "death" thus driving records through a series of stages such as creation, distribution, use, maintenance, retention and disposal.
MyOffice24x7 electronic records capability was designed from guidelines outlined by ISO15489 "Information and Documentation - Records Management" International Standard and Department of Defense DoD 5015.2-STD "Design Criteria Standard For Electronic Records Management Software Application". It also supports Dublic Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI) and Australian Government Locator Service (AGLS) Metadata Standard.
